When i was asked about why we ought to take care of the seniors in our everyday life,i cannot but thinking of quite a few reasons.First,the seniors have dedicated their precious time namely the youth to us ,they bring us up,giving our life,teaching us how to be a man of morality and how to face the life.Second,just like everything has its ups and downs,when seniors walk into the later life,their physical conditions are not so much better as when they are youngsters.
So we have the obligation to take care of them.
Since we have made clear the importance and reason to care for seniors,there is pretty much work for us to do,which concretely is reflected upon three aspects.For the goverment,relevant security laws and regulations should be lay out to protect the senior's righteous interest.For us,awareness should be built and developed to respect the seniors.
When it comes to me,i should keep in mind that i am poised to put my parents in my deep heart at all times.listen to them puring out their things and strive to create an incredibly comfortable life for them.
The volunteering spirit has spread among the Chinese people in recent years, especially among young people.
Volunteering is of tremendous benefits to both those in need and society. Take the Wenchuan Earthquake as an example. Hundreds of thousands of volunteers play an active role in Wenchuan quake-hit areas. And they contribute daily necessaries, offer medical help and psychological help to the disaster relief work.
Besides, volunteering would be beneficial to the volunteers themselves~ Getting involved in volunteering, volunteers will be exposed to a new environment, and they can learn how to work well in a team, how to improve their interpersonal skills and organizational skills, all of which are critical for their professional growth.

As we all know, the old people are the vulnerable group of the society.Not only did they have a hard life, but they were extremely lonely in the inner world.So, they need us。we need to take care of the elderly people.
How can we care for the elderly? Everyone has a different way of caring, we just take the right way for us. For example, the common way is to donate money, send things to visit......
At the same time, the government should also improve the laws and regulations on the elderly and the relevant system. As for our students, we should do whatever we can, such as: to chat with the old man, do the housework for the elderly, send some daily necessities to them......
Finally, I hope that all the elderly can be happy Ankang and wish the success of the volunteer activities.
