As Chinese Saying gose:Food is the first necessity of the people. Let me introduce my favourite daily three meals for you. In the morning, i like to take some dumplings and drink some soilbean milk for my breakfast. Ilike to eat some rice and vegetables for my lunch, in the evening, i like to eat some porridge.

i have a good family,we live happily everyday,now,i will tell you about my daily died.in the morning,we eat some bread,milk,and eggs.at the noon,we eat fish ,meat,rise,it"s very delicious.in the evening,we have some meat and vegetables for supper,it"s my and my parents" daily diet,what about yours?

For me, I used to eat nothing for my breakfast, because I always rush to work, and sometimes I buy some bread or cookies, if I have time.
As to my lunch, I used to eat at canteen, rice and some stir-fried dishes would be nice. I dont like eating out, it's not hygienic at all.
When I come back home, I finally can have a meal peacefully, I also prefer Chinese food, baozi, pancake, or maybe just some porridge.

Different people like different food. I have fried eggs, milk and bread for breakfast, it's important for us students. I have rice, egg soup and vegetables at lunch. Sometimes when the weather is bad, I have lunch at the fast-food restaurant. In the evening, I have rice, vegetables, meat or fish for supper, sometimes I eat out with my parents. How about you?

It is important to have a balanced diet in daily life.As far as I'm concerned , A cup of milk is so indispensable that it helps keep me energetic .For lunch,I usually have rice and something delicious which can make me full.In the evening,I eat some vegetbles and noodle for dinner.Only with a balanced diet,can you have enough energe to do what you want.
