为什么北京教育条件那么好，而高考收分却那么低？？

其实不是的，北京上海等地更注重素质教育，而有的省，地区却注重应试教育。当然现在也不能说完全公平。另：我不是北京人。谢谢！

条件：北京"异地高考"需要五证，2014年起，有居住证明及稳定住所，稳定职业及社保满3年，子女有学籍且已连读初中3年，可参加中职考试录取；2016起，有居住证明及稳定住所，稳定职业及社保满6年，子女有学籍且连读高中3年，可参加高职考试录取，毕业后可参加升本考试录取。
除了北京户口，还需要具备以上条件，普通高等学校根据考生成绩，按已确定的招生计划，德、智、体全面衡量，择优录取。高考由教育部统一组织调度，教育部考试中心或实行自主命题的省级教育考试院命制试题。

扩展资料不得报名参加高考的情形：
1、具有高等学历教育资格的高校的在校生，或已被高校录取并保留入学资格的学生；
2、高级中等教育学校非应届毕业的在校生；
3、在高级中等教育阶段非应届毕业年份以弄虚作假手段报名并违规参加普通高校招生考试（包括全国统考、省级统考和高校单独组织的招生考试，以下简称高校招生考试）的应届毕业生；
4、因违反国家教育考试规定，被给予暂停参加高校招生考试处理且在停考期内的人员；
5、因触犯刑法已被有关部门采取强制措施或正在服刑者。

I’m writing to apply to study in your university. I read about the admission information while surfing the net the other day. I’m really interested in it.
I’m an outgoing girl and I can get on well with all my classmates. I do well in most of my subjects, especially in English. I like reading English poems and enjoy English movies. Speeches delivered by famous people like Martin Luther. King, President Bush and so on, are also my favorite. I once won the first prize for English Speech Contest held in our city and was honored the Best Speaker for my excellence performances.
