基本上应该培养自己，时时保持以下几个原则即可：
1.开阔的心胸与视野
2.积极学习的态度来充实内在
3.建立良好人际互动的关系
4.保持健康的体魄
5.拥有一个美满的家庭
6.工作或事业都能稳定发展
7.能看到未来的远景
如能心存以上的“人生态度”，我敢说你定是一位世界上最幸福的人。
