In recent years, there are many foreign fast food restaurants appeared in China. Now, it is even hard to find seats in some fast food restaurants. Why can they draw so many persons' attention?
Firstly, just as its name suggests, fast food is very fast and convenient. Secondly,the restaurants also provide a very comfortable surroundings. But, is fast food really good?
Of cause the answer is No. Compared with vegetables and fresh fruits, fast food contain little nutrition.What's wore, fast food often involves too much fat or sugar. We will easily put on weight if we eat woo much of them.
In conclusion, although fast food is delicious and convenience, we should eat them neither too often nor too much in order to keep ourselves in good health.
Western fast food business has developed tremendously in the past 50 years.Nowadays people will see all kinds of fast food restaurants here and there.which clearly shows how closely it is related to our daily life.Most people believe that fast food business has become part of our life and its developement is good for both society and people.Firstly,the best thing about fast food is being fast. Now everyone lives a busy life so time is the most valuable thing to us all.Fast food offers a most efficient way to eat.You will waste no time in waiting or choosing.Secondlu,fast food restaurants provide us with a good environment for entertainment and study.Friends come here,chatting or playing cards;students come here,reading books or doing homework,and meanwhile you can enjoy a bag of chips and a bottle of cola which will bring more pleasure.Thirdly, youngsters can even find good opportunities of working practice in some fast food restaurants.Working experience help them understand the society better and improve their communicating skills.In many ways,we beefit a lot from the fast food business.Therefore,I think it helpful and important to our life.
The western fast food means some snacks,such as hamburgers or hot dogs.Well,in China,most young people like fast food very much,they always eat fast food in the restaurant.
Why they like fast food very much?Because the fast food is very delicious.That is not only saving your time,but also saving money.The restaurant is clean and beautifuleat food at there is comfortable.
But health specialists advise that the fast food is not good for our healthy although they taste good.Many old people think that"An apple a day,keeps the doctor away"
So in order to keep doctors away,we must eat some food with little fat like fruit and vegetables.
